The THT Placer solves the problem of automatic placement of THT components on printed circuit boards. The machine can pick THT components from the bulk or from fixed positions. Automatic placement is thus possible 24/7.

The components are then moved by the robot to the measuring station. There, the pins of the components are detected and measured simultaneously. Only absolutely correct components are processed further. The components are now positioned on the printed circuit board at high speed.

Due to its flexible gripper, the machine is able to feed different components. A changeover to a new type of component can be carried out via software.
